Live sellers run their operations across spreadsheets, chat threads, handwritten lists, and three platform dashboards open at once. The result is oversold inventory, missed buyer claims, duplicate winners, and slow order confirmation. This platform centralises it — with a Live Director for the product run sheet, a comment-monitoring layer for buyer intent, stock-lock reservations to stop duplicate winners, and a clean handoff to fulfillment.

Operations-layer positioning
Refused to compete with TikTok Shop or Facebook Live. The platform is the workflow that wraps around them — preparation, coordination, fulfillment.

Live Director — the run sheet
Queue products before the session, set the active product, trigger promotions, move through the queue, track what has already been presented.

Buyer claims from comments
Ingest comments where APIs allow, detect product codes and claim keywords, sort claims by timestamp, escalate the unclear ones to manual review.

Stock-lock reservations
Lock inventory temporarily on claim, prevent duplicate winners, release expired reservations, confirm the actual winners by timestamp.

Design system from references
Extracted colour tokens, typography rules, spacing, shadows, sidebar patterns, table patterns, badge variants — all reusable, all documented.

The platform demonstrates SaaS dashboard design, live-commerce workflow analysis, reusable component systems, operational product thinking, and platform-integration planning.
